Hey guys, the last two months I have been working out of The Maine Gym in Ballymoney, its been a great two months of learning and meeting new people. I haven't really been that active on here anyone that knows me, knows my thoughts on social media (not a fan) but like anything else its how you use it. its a great way to reach people, share ideas and information. So the plan is to be a little more active and get some content up so keep an eye out.

Think about it, you can easily go into a shop and buy £20’s worth of junk you don’t need why not make an investment in yourself and take those first steps?

First time trying the CrossFit Murph workout!

✅1 Mile Run
✅100 Pull Ups
✅200 Push Ups
✅300 Squats
✅1 Mile Run

All with a 10kg vest though!

I was able to complete it in 48 minutes although I’m not going to lie I’m sure there was 1 or 2 questionable reps in that 48 minutes!

It is now a benchmark for me and I know the time I need to beat next time, remember it’s you vs you. All you have to do is be better than yesterday and that is true progress!
