“I first reached out to Dylan as I knew I needed/ wanted to lose weight BUT I had bad anxiety. Anxiety of being around people (due to heightened covid fear) and also of going into a new gym. Dylan quickly messaged back and put me at ease, no judgement and I got myself into the gym in no time at all.👟👟
At first, I wanted to lose some weight whilst gaining some confidence, in myself and being around others. I had a few setbacks, getting covid, bad flu, holidays, Christmas etc.🤧🏖️🎃🎄 But I didn't give up. Dylan didn't give up and was always encouraging with the diet and when training. I was given a meal plan, but I didn't take it on board and I continued to eat rubbish🍫 while training. Of course, I did lose some weight but I didn't take it seriously until the start of May 22.
What changed? I have asthma and allergies and just going upstairs I would be out of breath. Partly due to after effects of covid. I had my inhalers at every session and needed them. 😮💨
I had another chat with Dylan so he would understand my overall goals, he knew what type of training I enjoyed most (boxing 🥊 and weights 💪) and my dislikes (jump squats 🐸 and battle ropes) and he tailored my training to make each session more fun. The more you put into your training, the more you get out. FACT ‼️
I started my 12 week transformation on 2nd May to get summer ready and in just 2 weeks I have lost 7lbs‼️ I am on track for losing 1 stone in the first month (my personal mini goal).
This was achieved by sticking to the meal plan given by Dylan (substituting just 1x cheat meal per week), 2 X personal training sessions per week and some self-education. We all know it's difficult to turn down that one thing we all love 🍫🍫🍫 but once you get started, you will see results.”
