“The version of me last year could never have imagined my life right now.”

When Shannon sent me that message after her photoshoot, I genuinely teared up.

Because this transformation was never just about building muscle.

Yes, she built her dream physique.

Yes, she went from struggling with certain exercises to knocking out 10 chin-ups.

Yes, she stepped in front of the camera and said:

“I can’t believe that’s me.”

But what makes me most proud isn’t what you can see in these photos.

It’s the person she’s become along the way.

When Shannon first started, she was shy, quiet, and often doubted herself.

Now she’s a strong, independent woman, backs herself fully, and goes after everything she wants in life.

The confidence she’s built has changed so much more than her physique.

The confidence to believe in herself.

To push herself.

To trust the process.

To take up space and chase the life she wants.

Over the past year Shannon has got her own apartment, got her dog, achieved her dream physique, and is now heading to Australia for her dream job.

Transformation photos don’t just show what someone looks like,

They show who they’ve become🤍

Extremely proud of this girl and how much she has achieved 🥹

“I can’t believe that’s me.”

The exact words both Shannon and Megan said after seeing their photoshoot pictures.

That’s why I love photoshoots so much.

Not because of the photos themselves.
But because they give you the chance to see yourself the way everyone else already does.

Neither of these girls started their journey thinking about a photoshoot.

They started because they wanted to feel stronger.
Build muscle.
Gain confidence.
Feel comfortable in their own skin.

One was a complete beginner who didn’t know where to start.
One already trained but needed structure, guidance and someone to push her further.

Over time they learned how to fuel their bodies properly, train with purpose and build habits they could actually stick to.

The physique changes were incredible.

But the confidence they gained is what makes me most proud.

Because when clients start saying things like:

“I can’t believe that’s me.”
“I don’t even recognise myself.”

It’s rarely about the way they look.
It’s about becoming the version of themselves they never thought was possible.

So beyond proud of these two girls 💗

“I can’t believe that’s me.”

Both Shannon and Megan said exactly the same thing when they got their photos back.

And that’s what made me emotional.

Because yes, they’ve built incredible physiques.

But that’s not what stands out most to me.

Shannon built her dream physique, moved into her own apartment, got her dog, landed her dream job and is now heading off to Australia.

Megan went from feeling completely lost in the gym to becoming one of the strongest and most consistent girls I know.

What they gained wasn’t just muscle.

It was confidence.

Confidence to walk into the gym.
Confidence to fuel their bodies properly.
Confidence to take up space.
Confidence to be seen.

The photoshoot was simply proof of everything they’d already become.

So beyond proud of these two girls🥹💗

When Faith started coaching with me, her goal wasn’t to lose loads of weight.

She wanted the opposite.

She wanted to stop feeling so skinny, build confidence in her body, tone up her upper body, and finally feel comfortable in the gym.

But like so many girls, she felt intimidated.
She worried about people judging her.
She lacked motivation because she didn’t really know what she should be doing.
And with a busy job, nutrition felt hard to stay on top of too.

Fast forward to now…

She walks into the gym confidently.
She enjoys training.
She understands how to fuel her body properly.
And she stopped seeing the gym as a scary place.

One of my favourite things she said was:

“I realised the gym really wasn’t a scary place at all.”

That means more to me than any physical transformation ever could.

And then there was the photoshoot -
something completely outside of her comfort zone that she ended up loving every second of 🥹

“I absolutely loved being coached by you… there was never any judgement, just lots of laughs and feeling good going in and even better leaving.”

This is what coaching should feel like.

Not pressure.
Not punishment.
Not feeling like you have to do it all perfectly.

Just support, guidance, confidence, and someone in your corner while you learn and grow 🤍

I think a lot of women are exhausted from constantly swinging between two extremes.

Being “all in” and trying to be perfect…
or feeling completely off track the second life gets busy.

And when your mindset works like that, even small things start feeling bigger than they are.

One meal out turns into guilt.
One missed workout turns into a bad week.
One off-plan day suddenly feels like failure.

But real balance isn’t doing whatever you want all the time and expecting progress either.

Sometimes balance is enjoying the brownie.
Sometimes it’s saying no to it because your goals still matter to you.

It’s being able to enjoy yourself without spiralling afterwards… whilst also being honest with yourself when things start slipping a bit too.

That middle ground is what most women are actually looking for 🤍

I think a lot of women swing between two extremes.

Being “all in” and trying to be perfect…
or feeling like balance means having no structure at all.

But real balance sits somewhere in the middle.

It’s having goals and healthy habits, whilst also understanding that one meal, one weekend or one off day doesn’t ruin everything.

It’s being able to enjoy yourself without spiralling afterwards.

And it’s also being honest with yourself sometimes and recognising when you need to rein things back in a bit too.

One of my favourite quotes is “Nothing changes if nothing changes” meaning that sometimes sacrifices need to be made for you to make progress…

That’s the difference between building a lifestyle that lasts…
and constantly feeling stuck in an all-or-nothing cycle 🤍

There’s so much pressure online for women to make their health and fitness all about appearance.

But for so many women, it goes far deeper than that.

Confidence.Energy.Hormones.Fertility.Mental health.
Future health.

Sometimes it’s about simply wanting to feel better in yourself again.

That’s why I care so much about helping women build realistic habits and routines they can actually maintain long term - because you never truly know how much those changes could impact someone’s life 🤍

Results like this remind me why I love what I do ✨

I think a lot of women are carrying far more than people realise.

Not just mentally, but physically too.

Trying to balance work, relationships, routines, goals, family life… whilst also dealing with stress, hormones, bloating, low energy, anxiety, feeling “off” - and still expecting themselves to function like everything’s normal.

And because they’re still showing up, getting things done and holding everything together, most people assume they’re coping fine.

But a lot of women are exhausted.

❌ Not because they’re lazy.
❌ Not because they lack discipline.

But because they’re trying to carry everything at once.

This week especially, it’s Mental Health Awareness Week, and I think it’s important to remember that not everything people carry is visible.

And sometimes looking after yourself isn’t about doing more…
it’s about having the right support, balance and routines that actually work for your life 🤍

That’s what I can help you with, click the link in my bio 🔗

I think this is the stage of life where fitness starts to feel really different for a lot of women.

Because life isn’t just about you anymore.

There’s work.
Relationships.
Bills.
Saving for your future.
Constantly trying to balance everything at once.

And for a lot of women, fitness slowly turns from something they enjoyed… into another thing they feel like they’re failing at.

But I don’t think it should feel like that.

I think the gym should feel like an outlet.
An hour for yourself.
A way to clear your head and look after yourself whilst still enjoying your life outside of it.

Most women don’t need more pressure.
They need routines that actually fit around real life✨

That’s exactly the kind of approach I give to my clients🤍

I think a lot of women are put off getting help because they assume coaching is just going to add more pressure.

More rules.
More restriction.
More things to try and keep up with.

But that’s never how I want my clients to feel.

I want them to enjoy exercise.
To use it as an outlet, a break from the stress of everyday life, not another thing weighing them down.

I want them to have a balanced diet naturally - eating well most of the time, but still enjoying meals out, weekends away and treats without guilt.

And whether you’re in your mid 20s trying to balance work, relationships and everything else life throws at you… or a mum trying to look after yourself whilst looking after everyone else…

I want health and fitness to fit around your life 👉 not become your whole life.

Most women don’t need more pressure.
They need support, structure, and something they can actually stick to. 🤍
