Richard White has trained with me in Reps Gym this last 24 weeks after having trained with me for 12 weeks last year as well and Richard has made fantastic progress both losing weight and toning up all over, Richard has lose 18lbs or 1 stone 4lbs in bodyweight ,losing 6 1/2 inches of his waist, putting on 1 inch on his Biceps , Richards strength has increased greatly his Walking Lunges have increased from carrying the two 4kg dumbbells for 20 steps up to carrying the two 68lb dumbbells for 16 steps, his Leg Press has increased from 140kg for 6 reps up to 250kg for 6 reps, his Leg Extensions have increased from 4 plates for 6 reps up to 16 plates for 4 reps, his Dumbbell Row has increased from doing the 35lb dumbbell for 6 reps up to doing the 79lb dumbbell for 6 reps, his Close Grip Pulldowns have increased from doing 8 plates for 6 reps up to doing 13 plates for 6 reps, his Pull Ups have increased to 10 reps, his EZ Bar Curls have increased from 25kg for 6 reps up to 41kg for 6 reps, his Preacher Curls have increased from doing 35k for 6 reps up to 50kg for 9 reps, his Pec Dec Machine has increased from 49kg for 6 reps up to 77kg for 6 reps. his Deadlifts have increased from 90kg for 3 reps up to 120kg for 3 reps, Richard's strength has increased on ever exercise. Well done Richard on all the very hard work and the great effort you have put in and on the excellent results you have achieved in the gym, you should be very proud of yourself and I am very proud of you. I am looking forward to training you again in the weeks to come.
