Stepping out with something that's not talked about enough.

Women get a rough deal, life is literally an emotional hormonal roller-coaster from teens right through to the end of menopause that with the added pressure of how we should look, well, it's just not fun is it ladies.

While I think body positivity is an epic movement let's be honest if your feeling a bit hormonal and someone says 'just love yourself for who you are' it's not exactly helpful (and there's a real erge to punch them in the face)

While we don't want to be too focused on weight loss, if you are going through hormonal changes, feeling down and gaining some weight then exercise can help improve your mood, strengthen your body and burn excess fat.

Since I train alone (Katy no mates) I've started filming my form just so I can see my strengths weaknesses etc but I've discovered that weird things like this are probably why I have no training partner ๐Ÿ˜‚
