📣 LES MILLS CHARITY LAUNCH EVENT 📣

BodyScape Shaws Bridge are holding a Les Mills charity launch event in aid of Cancer Focus NI on Monday 23rd March at 18:30 at Crowne Plaza, Belfast.

Chris Kelleher from the Les Mills International BodyAttack (YES, BodyAttack) team will be coming to Belfast and presenting BodyAttack 131. There will be new BodyCombat and BodyBalance releases too!

I’m super excited for this and I’d love for as many of you to come along to create such a vibe for a worthwhile charity, so get the date in your calendar!

Thank you to everyone who has supported my classes in Maghaberry Community Centre this year.

My classes at Maghaberry Community Centre are taking a break for the summer (other classes are unaffected). I intend to begin classes again in September so keep an eye on this page for updates.

6:45 - Stretch & Core - a 45 minute yoga and Pilates inspired class to help improve flexibility and stability (£6)

Card accepted, or cash if you prefer

🙌 Thank you for coming along to my first Stretch & Core class at Maghaberry Community Centre and making it such a success, I really hoped you enjoyed the combination of the relaxing stretches and the challenging core work.
