HELLO 👋

I've been quiet on here for a while now as I've been busy getting married and getting ready to set off on the trip of a lifetime!

In person classes have been paused for a year but I may introduce some online offerings once we find our feet in South America, so stay tuned!

Replies may not be as quick as usual but I am still contactable, so do not hesitate to reach out 💜

Monday 8.15pm Studio 9 Galgorm

Wednesday 6.30pm Parish Centre, Ballymena

Alternatively, why not drop in on a pay as you go basis, Wednesday 7.45pm Parish Centre, Ballymena.

After 2 weeks off for Easter, classes started back this week. There's still time to get booked in for tomorrow's classes if you're feeling the nudge to join us on the mat 🧘🏻‍♀️

Monday 8.15pm - 6 week block - fully booked with waiting list

Wednesday 6.30pm - 6 week block starts tomorrow - 3 spaces left

Wednesday 7.45pm - pay as you go - 2 spaces

This week sees the final class in our current blocks.

Monday 8.15pm - Studio 9 Galgorm
For the first time in ages I actually have 1 space available! Dates for this block are: 3rd, 17th, 24th April & 8th, 15th, 22nd May (off Easter Mon & 1st May bank hol). Be the first to DM and the space is yours 📲

Wednesday 6.30pm - All Saints Parish Centre
The dates for this block are: 19th, 26th April & 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th May.

Wednesday 7.45pm PAYG - All Saints Parish Centre
Pay as you go classes will be taking a 2 week break for Easter after this week, then will resume as normal on 19th April.

Kids Yoga is back - Saturdays 10.30am @ Studio 9 Galgorm

4 week block: 29th April & 6th, 13th, 20th May.

I've had a lovely few days off spent hiking and camping in the Mournes, so I'm well rested and ready to go. Spaces are already filling up and won't hang around long, so book now to be sure to get yours.

The news you have all been waiting for...

After a successful kids yoga taster class a few weeks ago, I'm delighted to open bookings for my new kids yoga block.

Classes will take place on the following Saturdays 10.30-11.15am: 11th, 18th February & 4th, 11th March.
