The countdown is on to our new timetable kicking off on Monday 7th October - we now have a variety of 9.30am sessions throughout the week!

Perfect for dropping the kids to school and getting an hour to yourself or letting you have a lay in on your day off without having to miss your gym session! 💪🏻
