First up we have Emily
Emily has lost a total of 10lb & 10 inches!

Second we have shona
Shone was so worried about camp, it was her first bootcamp with me and she done absolutely amazing!!
In total she lost 7lb & 12.5 inches!! Well done!

And last up we have Amy
Amy has a big day coming up next year πŸ˜πŸ’’ so she's been really pushing since she's got back to the early birds. She had lost a total of 6lb & 7.5 inches!!

Well after a great week off, it’s time to get back to the grind… and finally get these bootcamp results posted πŸ’ͺ🏼πŸ”₯

5 weeks of hard work.
Dedication.
Extra early morning classes.
And me being a pain on the phone 24/7 🀣

But every single bit of it was worth it.
Proud doesn’t even cover it seeing the progress, results, and mindset changes from everyone involved. The effort that’s been put in behind the scenes has been unreal πŸ‘πŸΌ
