Not long to go to the seminar now I still have some tickets for juniors and seniors if any one still wants one please let me know Remember this only happens every 5 years in Ireland. there will be some of the best instructors from around the world here. These events are a great way to express our dedication to a life changing martial arts.

We're back to training on the 10th of feb. Because of covid restrictions we've had to move to a thursday night. Kids classes £4 from 1900 to 2000 adults £5 from 2000 to 2200. Can't wait to see my ju jitsu family again so hope to see you all there. send out the message and spread the news. More details will follow.

first a big well done to everyone in the grading last night you all did really well and made me feel so proud .
secondly remember we are off next week for easter break.

Great event on tomorrow night got a surprise guest instructor coming down to teach the juniors and hopfully have a bit of fun.
Also great to have our great friend Michael Moore back in the club.
