🏔️ WE'RE HIRING – RUGGED COAST GLENCOE - 2 Days+ per week, immediate start

We're looking for a reliable, self-motivated person to join our small outdoor activity team on the shores of Loch Leven. You'll work independently running kayak, SUP and e-bike hire — welcoming guests, delivering safety briefings, taking bookings and keeping the site running day to day.

The role includes:
Guest welcome and check-in
Taking bookings and payments
Delivering safety briefings for kayak, SUP and e-bike hire
Fitting and handing out kit
Opening and closing the site independently
Equipment checks and general site duties
Handling phone and email enquiries

What we're looking for:
Based locally in Lochaber
Experience in a fast-paced tourism, hospitality or outdoor activity role
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your shift
Trustworthy, practical and happy being outdoors in all weathers

Hours & pay:
2+ days per week, immediate start
Scottish Living Wage (PAYE) or freelance day rate depending on qualifications
Additional private guided tour work available for those with paddlesport or outdoor instructor quals

Desirable but not essential: outdoor first aid · instructor qualifications · bike maintenance · hospitality experience · second language
