Katie's Spin I am a HIIT Company instructor, teaching HIITNRIDE & HIITSTEP classes. Both of these classes suit all levels of fitness.

Classes are £6.50 for non members.
£1.50 for members.

These classes are very busy so please add yourself to the waiting list if the class is full. Cancelations are common.

A brilliant high intensity class with great music, suitable for all fitness levels.
