An unfortunate consequence of increased costs, the impact of COVID and inflation and other personal issues, but the time is right. Fit 4 OCR is an obstacle race training centre based at The Arena, Norton Rd, Baldock SG7 5AW. In addition to the Obstacle Arena we have parking, changing rooms, toilets, showers, café, licensed bar and a meeting room with IT. We aim to deliver the best possible trainin

g to help you prepare for, compete in and complete obstacle course races (OCR). We have a range of obstacles to train ability to climb, carry, crawl, traverse, run and jump and enough mud & water to experience the environment of an obstacle race event. Obstacle race technique training is provided by fully qualified, insured, professional, OCR-experienced staff. The obstacle arena and the associated facilities can be hired by a group of any age, ability and size and for any duration (minimum 1 hour).
