Knights Gymnastics Club Knights Gymnastics Club welcome children from the ages of 2 upwards, all of our gymnasts are of mixed abilities in the general/sports acrobatics discipline

Here at Knights Gymnastics we strive on progression, our gymnasts work at preparation levels through to advance levels gaining the ability to perform skills to high standards. All our coaches hold current DBS, with up to date British Gymnastics coaching qualifications including General, Artistic and Sports Acro gymnastics. We have all previously been trained as gymnasts so we know what its like to

be in a training environment. Our gymnasts are coached with a ratio of 1 coach per 8 children. At Knights we ensure gymnasts are always working hard and having fun but learning at the same time.

Happy new year to all our gymnasts and their families. All Classes are back today. We would like to remind parents not to bring their children to the classes if they are poorly with a cold or cough this is to reduce the spread of all illnesses. We are Looking forward to seeing everyone 🤸🤸

Class cancellation - unfortunately due to staff illness and shortage the classes tomorrow (Saturday 18th December)are cancelled. Everyone has been contacted or left with a message. We will see everyone in January. Classes resume week commencing Monday 3rd January. Merry Christmas to you all. X###
