So come on down and join us at the Caffi Lakeview Cafe for a Spooky little Bala Lake SUP paddle, its ok if you don't have a SUP, you can bring your Kayak, As long as you have a Spooky Halloween Custom !!!

Lakeview Caffi at the Bala Yacht Club Saturday 30th Oct Bar open family evening 6-8pm, £3 pp -hotdog and cupcake fancy, fancy dress, quiz, competitions, games and prizes.

Come join us on the Lake this weekend and help us paddle the length of the Nile !!!!

This weekend SALVE International and Green Dragon Activities are attempting to paddle the length of the Nile river.

You are welcome to count miles that are in, on or near to water.

Some of the ways people can join in are (we can count any activity done from Friday 24th - Sunday 26th):

Just got the train out of storage for this year's Event !!!!

I've been having conversations with the Tall skinny controller about Train selection for this year's event. We are keeping this year's train a close guarded secret.

I have also been having conversations with the Commodore from the yacht club and it appears we have some boats who fancy their chances against the train as well this year.

Don't worry paddlers they won't be using all the lake!!!! Still plenty of room for you.

All we need now is for a few runners to want to race the train and we could have a great fun event !!! More details to follow.

Start time 5.10 pm ish 4th April, start piont and final start location to be confirmed on the day and subject to weather.

Wednesday (tomorrow) evening Social SUP Paddle. 6pm Green Dragon SUP School, North Wales. Glanllyn Caravan and camping Park.

£15 for board, paddle, leash, and PFD. If you have your own equipment £3.50. wetsuits, rash vest and cags can be hired £5.
