Sunday morning wasn't the warmest of days, but it was ok for SUP. So we made the most of it for a quick SUP session on the Lake.

Today our Group drove in from Ruthin for a SUP learning session. Most of our groups this year have been small numbers. This allows for more individual instruction time when on the water.

This helps you build your confidence and develop your new learned skills. It really does only take one 2 hours SUP learning session to be standing up and paddling around.

Clearly you will need a couple more to really hone these skills to perfection. After your first session, it is a good idea to get in some practice of your own then come back to have your technique iron out.

Our group last Sunday, was a last minute booking, they were staying in Dinas Mawddwy, they drove over to Bala Lake Railway / Rheilffordd Llyn Tegid and then caught the train down to us at the station.

Obviously they had a great day out by the lake.

Back to the Lake today for another lesson Session.

Todays customers drove in from the Wirral to enjoy the experience of a peaceful Lake paddle.

Its hard work learning in the wind, but if you can master that, you have it cracked.

Saturdays SUP learning session turned into a bit of a lake tour. Water conditions were super smooth and made for easy paddling. So I took our Mum and Daughter paddlers to visit the cows in Glanllyn bay.

This group was staying at Tyn Cornel Camping , they wanted a riverside camping experience that wasn't to far from the Lake. Its a great choice of location especially as the The National White Water Centre - Canolfan Dŵr Gwyn Genedlaethol is next door.

Another family booking today. They drove up to Llyn Tegid and Bala for the day from down near Barmouth.

They wanted to try out SUP on the lake.

Todays group was staying at lakeside camping and caravan park. Before they left Bala today they called in to us for a SUP lesson at Llangower.

What a great way to finish your holiday in North Wales.

Our group today was staying locally at Parc Gwyliau Pen Y Garth Lodge Park, its just a short drive from Llangower Railway station car park from where we run our SUP learning sessions.

Second day in a row that we have activities on the lake, this time a family.

Not to hot but still a good fun learning session on the lake.

Great day on the lake today. Setting off from LLangower Station Car park in a light wind.

Really fun to be working form the beach on the opposite side of the lake to Glanllyn lakeside camping. Seeing the train from Bala Lake Railway / Rheilffordd Llyn Tegid during the lesson was very entertaining.

I think I will enjoy working form this new location.
