For all students who are wondering what happens in a grading here is a rundown of what you can expect, the only thing to remember is maximum effort as you will have someone who will be watching your guard,pivot,energy and technique. 👍 you have all done these things in class, just bring it to the grading and you’ll be fine.

Well done to all students tonight for working so hard on guards tonight, sometimes it’s less fun to revisit the basics but it’s highly important to keep refreshed on the building blocks of what makes a good kickboxer.
Next week a faster paced class bringing the energy levels back up and continuing to work on grading sets as we get closer to our first grading day! 💥 🥊
