Viki's Bakewell Pilates Viki has been a qualified Body Control Pilates teacher for over 10 years.

She teaches from remedial to advanced matwork, privately, in small groups or in class sessions- whatever is right for you! Pilates targets the deep postural muscles, building strength from the inside out, rebalancing the body and bringing it into correct alignment. It helps recovery from injury, enhances your athletic performance and allows you to move freely without pain, with improved posture.

Hi all
Looking forward to getting back to classes next week with a great selection from gentle to High Intensity. I also now have a Tower of Power attached to my reformer in Rowsley so come on down for some new torture!

New Pilates classes begining in The Peak Village at the new premises for The Claire Dobinson School of Dance (once the Woodlands gym) week commencing Feb 27th. Mondays 7.30 - 8.30pm and Thursdays with Louise 9.45 - 10.45am
Moving my brand new reformer there next Sunday so that I can soon start studio sessions also!
Classes will continue at the wonderful Friends Meeting House in Bakewell as usual and for ever! Tuesdays 9.15, Wednesdays 9.30 and 10.45, same on Fridays and Fri eve with Louise at 6.30
