My lovely friend Helen is a registered nutritionist with lots of experience in helping people lose weight. She is offering a 12 week online course for people who want a fresh and realistic approach to losing weight.
Much of weight management comes down to psychology and changing your relationship with food. These sessions will help you rebuild food confidence and food freedom that may have been destroyed by constantly being on a “diet”.
There will be NO quick fix, NO rules, NO food will be off the menu and indeed NO magic promises. It's about you changing old habits, one realistic step at a time, and replacing them with new habits that you enjoy and can be carried with you for the long term.
The 12 week course will consist of weekly, informal, one hour online sessions on different topics, every Wednesday 7.30pm - 8.30pm BST, starting 20th April and finishing 6th July. Sessions will be recorded incase you miss any.
Attendees will also have access to a closed Facebook group to share support and tips from other attendees, plus the opportunity to ask Helen questions whenever you need to.
