After a busy week at work, join Yoga Seekers to combine stretches that relieve tension, stress and anxiety with calming relaxation techniques – bliss! These Friday sessions are a great introduction to the world of yoga for beginners but can also deepen the knowledge of advanced students. Individual Tuition:
