It is with unparalleled sadness that I have to inform you all that our dearly loved chief instructor Master Terry Frost 7th Dan, passed away in hospital on Friday. Master Frost was a massive part of our lives, an amazing inspiration to many many people and a true legend of the Taekwondo world for over 50 years.

I am heartbroken and the club is devastated by the news.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Terry's family at this sad sad time.

Rest easy Sir, it's been a privilege 🥋
