CG Dance Club Tuition for adults in all Ballroom and Latin dances, at Badsey, near Evesham, Broadway and Chipping Campden. Very friendly atmosphere.

CG Dance Club provides dance classes and private lessons for adults in ballroom and latin dances. From complete beginners to the more advanced. Ballroom dances: Waltz, Quickstep, Foxtrot, Tango and Viennese Waltz. Latin dances: Chacha, Rumba, Jive, Samba and pasodoble. We also teach Salsa, Rock'n'roll and Argentine tango. Private lessons are available and we can choreograph dances for weddings and special occasions. Please ring for further details.

Lines and Leans

This particular photo is of a "line," where the dancers stop and take a pose. Normally, they would dance upright. But when you watch professional dancers in ballroom dances, you see the follower leaning right back all the time as they dance. In case you are worried, we just want to mention that it's not how people usually dance. At CG you might get to learn the line, but unless you are seeking professional competition, not the lean.
