👋🏻 We’re back from holiday and ready to get started with another busy week! ☺️

❗️A reminder that it is our Team Showjumping Finale this Friday! 🏆
If you cannot attend, we need to know within the next 24 hours, please do not let us know at the last minute or just not show up, last time was incredibly frustrating! We will publish the drawn order and a confirmed start time over the next couple of days. Everyone will be required to attend the presentation at the end of proceedings to receive trophies and rosettes, so please be prepared to stay on.

❌ CLEAR ROUND IS CANCELLED:
Due to the current forecast and in order to preserve the ground for Friday’s Team Showjumping, we have made the decision to cancel Clear Round Showjumping on Wednesday the 23rd. Any pre entries will be refunded or credited. We apologise for any disappointment but we feel that in the interest of health and safety and practically it is the best decision. 🫶🏻

🌟 Private/ Semi Private Lessons:

📌 4pm on Thursday.

❗️The above are offered out as semi private lessons and therefore are not specifically private lessons. We would prefer the above to be taken in addition to any previously booked group lessons and not instead of, so not to alter group numbers. Thank you for your understanding.

➡️ We have spaces available on Beginner, Novice & Advanced group lessons throughout this week. If you wish to book an additional or alternative group lesson then please get in touch.

🐴 Remember, our next Stable Management session will be held next Wednesday the 30th of September from 6pm - 7pm. Please get in touch if you wish to book on. More details can be found on our page.

💙🏆🩷 Summer Show 2026 over and out! 🎆

Proof that the weather cannot ruin our day! 👇🏻What another amazing summer show we have had. We cannot express enough gratitude to those of you who came and supported us despite the forecast and the soggy weather. It certainly did not dampen the spirit of the day, there were lots of smiling faces, plenty of rosettes 🏵️ and trophies and some fantastic displays of riding.

I cannot find the words to describe how grateful we are to our incredible team of staff & volunteers. We say it every year, but without them giving up their time and energy we wouldn’t be able to put on such an event. We are overwhelmed by the support they offer year on year and the enthusiasm and commitment they bring. Saying thank you simply isn’t enough, you are all truly amazing people for making it such a special day for everyone. ♥️

What can we say about our wonderful ponies? They are beautiful, dependable, all giving and give 100% to each rider they receive without question. We are incredibly lucky to have a team of such amazing ponies, trust us when we say they aren’t all like our ponies, they are very special. I also don’t know many other’s that own a real life unicorn! 🦄 😉

Lastly, give yourselves a round of applause. 👏🏻 Without the turn out, commitment and support of our riders and riding families we wouldn’t have a summer show. No matter what age or ability you are, you all rode amazing and we hope you enjoyed the day as much as we enjoy seeing you all ride and receive your rosettes. For those that don’t own their own pony, experiencing a show atmosphere and all that goes with it can be out of reach and we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to experience competing on a fun and friendly level. This is why this day is so important to us, not because it benefits us as a business but because we want it to benefit our riders and our families.

🌅 Show day is officially upon us! 😃

Please remember to be patient & kind to all of our staff and volunteers today, we will all be doing our absolute best to keep things moving as smoothly and quickly as possible. Please feel free to take your own photos throughout the day and don’t forget to share them with us! 📸

We will not be monitoring the phone today, you are welcome to message or call with any queries and for rough timings, but we cannot guarantee we will be able to respond.

We hope you all have a wonderful day and we cannot wait to hand out all of those beautiful rosettes & trophies. Good luck everyone.

🌟 Show day is nearly upon us! Here are a few things to bear in mind before Saturday …

🔷 The first class will start at 9.30am prompt.

🔷 If you are able to walk to us please do as the car park will be very busy. Anthony will be on parking duty as has been the case in previous years. Please be patient and adhere to his instructions, he will be doing his absolute best to park everyone safely and conveniently. 🚗

🔷 Remember it is CASH ONLY for all entry fees & refreshments etc. We will not be able to keep up with any bank transactions and therefore transfers won’t be accepted.

🔷 The ice cream van will be with us!🍦We will also have lots of other refreshments such as hot dogs, cakes & snacks available throughout the day. Both hot and cold drinks will be available.

🔷 No formal show attire is needed. Please just dress in your usual riding clothes.

🔷 We will be raising money on the day for our chosen charities; Arthritis UK & The North West Air Ambulance. We will be holding a raffle with a fantastic hamper up for grabs, we also have lucky dip! All of the above will be in the gazebo with Karen. ♥️

🔷 Hobby horsing! We will have a full set of hobby horse jumps and hobby horses in the front sand arena. It is £5 for 20 minutes, please feel free to bring your own hobby horse if you prefer! 🎠

🔷 Picnic benches & seating will be situated alongside the arena but please bring your own chairs if possible as seating will be limited. If you wish to bring an umbrella please do, we just ask that you stand back from the arena fence so not to spook the ponies.

🔷 Please be patient with all of our staff and volunteers, we will all be doing our upmost best to keep everything moving as best as possible. If you are riding, please listen up for when you need to mount up.

🔷 There will be some additional trophies to be handed out at the end of class 2 which have already been allocated to their winners prior to tomorrow. 🏆

🔷 All competitors will receive a rosette and there will be a formal presentation at the end of each class. The winner of each class will receive a trophy. 🏆

🔷 We will not be monitoring the phone as normal, please feel free to message for rough timings but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to answer/ reply. ☎️

🔷 Entry fees are £8 per class and all entries must be made and paid for at the entry desk.

🔷 There is no official photographer this year but please feel free to take as many photos as you like on the day and please do share them with us afterwards. 📸 😊

Own A Pony Day in pictures … 🦄

It’s been great to see our OAP days so well attended. It really isn’t all about that riding, in fact that is only a small part of horse ownership. Learning to get stuck in and carry out all the tasks involved is so important and it’s what is going to shape our next generation of horse lovers.

For those of you who just can’t wait for the next half term, we do run Stable Management throughout term time every other Wednesday from 6pm - 7pm where you can continue learning all aspects of horse care and husbandry. ♥️

Hat hire is only free to our beginner riders, we strongly recommend that once committed you purchase your own riding hat for maximum safety and fit.

Hat hire is chargeable to all those who are not on beginner lessons at a cost of £2.
