๐ฅ TEST WEEK IS HERE... AND WHAT A WAY TO START! ๐ฅ
This week kicked off with Back Squat testing, and the results have been incredible.
Over the last 6 weeks, our members have been following a structured strength cycle designed and delivered by our coaching team, and the hard work is paying off.
We've seen PB after PB on Monday, with some members adding 10kg, 12.5kg, even 15kg+ to their previous best lifts and more importantly, doing it with confidence and control.
The best part? This isn't a miracle programme or a quick fix.
