Here’s two of our favourites from this weeks online survey.

“Jamie Bova….to me PT is far more than just exercising, it’s looking after my all round mental health which Jamie gets. His classes are difficult but achievable. He ensures everyone is safe and goes over correct formations before each move. Jamie is an asset to The Gym Group and deserves recognition”
