End of an era…⌛️
I’ve just finished my last month at The Gym Group Ayr. After a lot of thought, I’m taking my coaching business online and I couldn’t be more excited for this transition 😄

My time as a fitness instructor and PT in that gym has been huge for me. It showed me who I am as a trainer and set my sights on the next level 📈

The relationships I built with members and clients are priceless. Connecting with people from every walk of life and seeing the difference in their bodies and minds that’s my purpose.

To everyone who stopped me on the floor, DMed, or pulled me aside to say I helped you, thank you. Your words mean more than you know.

The classes were always the highlight of my week and I loved seeing the same faces smashing it every time 👏

4 years ago I decided to give working out a go 🤷🏻‍♂️

I had no idea what I was doing.
No coach. No plan. Just a bit of Google, some £20 dumbbells, and a bit of motivation.

Today I found my old workout book🫣 full of homemade bedroom workouts I made up myself
…and honestly, some of them are tragic but they got me started🤣

It’s wild to think this is how it all began.🤔

As the months went on, I started learning more, training smarter, and dialing in my nutrition (being a chef helped big time).
Eventually, the results came.📈

I actually got in decent shape just training in my room.

I wasn’t different to anyone else starting out, no secret formula. I just made it work with what I had. 💪🏼

Even now, when life gets hectic, I’ll pull this book out and run a few of the old sessions again. Still hits. 🥵

Moral of the story?
You don’t need the “perfect” routine some influencer pushes.
You just need to start.
Use what you’ve got.
And build from there.

This is Cliche but It’s the Journey Not the Destination⛳️

First Hyrox in Glasgow done! 🏁 The past 10-12 weeks, I shifted my training for this and fell in love with it. Felt the fittest I’ve ever been, waking up every day with a goal in mind.

Everything was on track, even surprised myself in a sim 4 weeks out, pushing past limits I didn’t know I had. Then 2 weeks before, my body started declining due to health issues. Told myself I’d bounce back, but it didn’t happen.

For a moment, I felt frustrated, but then I reminded myself this is life. You either let challenges break you or dig deeper. Being fit helps you push through those moments.

I went in knowing I wasn’t at my best but focused on enjoying it. The final result doesn’t matter as much as the lessons learned. Pushing my limits showed me I can handle more than I thought, even while balancing relationships and two businesses.

The excitement and build up to this race as-well with like minded people made it all the better so much to look forward to

So proud of my clients too, can’t wait to see them race! Already looking forward to the next one to learn, grow, and push even further! 💪🔥

Your food is everything. If it’s not nutritious and tasting amazing, you’re not doing it right, it’s time to up your game.

Training is only half the equation. If you’re not fueling properly, you’re slowing down your own progress. Food isn’t just about hitting calories, it’s about making every meal taste good and work for you.

I spent 7 years as a chef before becoming a personal trainer, and now I run my own meal prep business. Why? Because this stuff matters. It’s not just about eating clean, it’s about eating smart, and eating tasty foods that are good for you ☝️
