Saturday sessions...the forecast held out, despite it looking like it was going to be wet, it turned out to be perfect conditions for these families celebrating Gayles birthday.

Bit of board swapping in the water for fun and some of these guys even tried out our race board

Each session is different and we try to tailor each one to the groups needs and abilities

We finished with a race which the birthday girl won in style 🏄‍♂️

**NATURE LOVERS....Paddling is always great for seeing wildlife though we always keep our distance (my camera has a very good zoom lens) still lovely to see these Canadian geese with their goslings 😎🌞

We also see loads of lovely blue dragonflies at this time of year, if your lucky they will land on your board for a bit

Summer vibes...one of those sessions where you actually want to be in the water just to cool off.
We managed a loop around the pond even stopping for a quick snack break and time to admire the Canadian geese with their goslings.
We practiced different turns and tried honing our paddle strokes and generally just had great fun

Come and join us for a day of adventure during World Ocean Week, exploring the Ayrshire coastline and islands while contributing to ocean conservation!

We are a new women-focused initiative based in Ayrshire combining SUP adventure with hands-on citizen science.

🌱 SATURDAY 13th JUNE

We’ll be undertaking plankton sampling, habitat mapping and marine feature and wildlife identification during our time on the water. No marine biology background required - we will guide you through all activities!
