Hi guys!

So if you have followed my page for a while you will know I have done a number of challenges for charity over the last few years! But this is by far going to be my toughest yet mentally and physically!

This year I have signed up to run the Edinburgh marathon on Sunday the 26th may and I will be fundraising for a great cause Muscular Dystrophy UK

Back with a Bang💥

Well what can I say about Gary, there isn’t enough words to say how unbelievably committed and hard working this man is!

Gary came to myself in March and his goal was to lose 3 stone by his holiday to Orlando (Today) its fair to say we have absolutely smashed it out the park as of today this man has lost 7 Stone 8, that’s right 7 stone 8‼️‼️

When Gary started he was weighing in at 138.4kg (21 stone 8 pounds)
He now weighs 88.6kg (13 stone 9 pounds)
Not only has his weight changed massively but his confidence has improved and rightly so!

There was no stupid diets just adapting his current lifestyle so this becomes maintainable in the long run.

I couldn’t be more proud of the big man if anyone deserves this holiday it’s you, go have a blast in Orlando Gary👏👏👏

Here we have another amazing transformation. Philip was incredibly hard working and an absolute pleasure to train, when he turned up to his sessions he gave it 110% every time without doubt. Philips main goal with myself was not only to bring his body fat down but try to reach a goal of 19% which in our last session together we carried out his final check in and boom 19% body fat, not only was his body fat down but you can see a massive difference in his muscle mass and when it came to train we’ll his strength had increased massively over a few months of hard work! 🔥

Continuing on from my previous post, since it went so well leading up to Christmas I have decided to continue with the online coaching into the new year! Onto another amazing client, only this is one of my online clients. Hayley came to me roughly 3 months ago to trial my online coaching as she was losing motivation and finding it hard to stick at the gym after making amazing progress in the past she had hit what we call a plateau!

As I say with most of my clients I couldn’t ask for a harder worker, didn’t miss a check in didn’t miss a session or if Hayley did miss a session she would make time later in the week to get the work done, stuck to her calorie goals stuck to her programs and she made the progress she was looking for🔥

Hayley has lost 13lbs in total and seems a lot happier and more confident which is the main thing!

This is what Hayley had to say “I’m so so happy with the progress that I’ve made in the 12 weeks of coaching with Graeme. It definitely was the extra push that I needed, the support from Graeme and motivation throughout is amazing and I couldn’t recommend him enough!”

Since my time at the gym group has come to an end It’s time to appreciate some of my many clients hard work over the next few days💪🏼

This is my client Euan. Euan came to me in order to push himself harder than he ever had before and to gain muscle and increase his strength and that we certainly did! He is extremely hard working and everything I threw at him he gave it his all, I’m extremely proud of him for the progress he has made as he not only achieved his goal of putting on a bit of weight but has done it in such a way where he has managed to stay lean whilst doing so🔥

This is what he had to say “Graeme’s plan was perfectly constructed towards my goals over the period I was receiving pt sessions. The plan put to me was easy to follow and gave me a much more consistent training routine than I’ve ever had before. He provided me with motivation to push myself out my comfort zone which ultimately led me to getting the results I have in the time he has been training me.”

Well guys as some people already know my time at the gym group Ayr has come to an end. I would like to thank all my clients past and present for their extremely hard work and amazing commitment they have given me in my time there🙌 Also thank you so much to all the members who attended my classes week in week out and always gave it their all🔥 here’s to a new exciting chapter/adventure for me

Why it’s important to change your program?

There are many reason you should change your program/training up after a while:

Can become repetitive and boring
When becomes boring can lead to Plateau
Keeps training fresh
Keeps motivation high

These are just a few of the many benefits.

If you find yourself stuck doing the same thing just for the sake of “getting a training session in” and not pushing yourself to the max. This can lead to having a stump in your progress therefore you might be best to have a look and change up what your doing even if it’s a couple of exercises that are slightly different, it’s fresh and different.
