🚨 CLIENT UPDATE 🚨
Harry and I began working together 6 months ago, and at the beginning of his fitness journey, his goal was to drop his weight to 80 kilos, and he absolutely smashed his goal. When he first came to me, his weight was sitting at 98.6 kilos, and as of his most recent weigh-in, he weighed in at 78.8 kilos. So during our time working together, he has lost a whopping 19.8 kilos!
Harry has shown incredible levels of both discipline and consistency since day 1, and the results speak for themself. The goal was to get as close to 80kg as possible for Christmas, and he’s absolutely smashed that!
We’ve had conversations about his progress, and a common theme that always comes up is how his confidence has massively improved both inside and outside of the gym!
We’re now moving towards a strength-building phase, and I’m looking forward to seeing what we can do here, along with training for a half-marathon later in the year!
When asked about his experience, here’s what Harry had to say-
“I have noticed so much about myself has changed in the 6 months I’ve trained with David. I came to him lacking the motivation to keep myself in a proper routine, and it’s safe to say that now, as I am writing this in the gym car park after heading here straight from work, that it has paid off. Working with him has made me realise that I’m capable of so much more than I initially expected, and he has helped me push past these expectations that were holding me back. I’ve noticed a massive shift not just in my appearance but also in my confidence and my approach to taking on day to day life.”
