🥋 MISSION COMPLETE — 24 HOURS. 🥋

We did it.

My team and I have trained and sparred for 24 hours straight, raising a substantial amount of money for Ayrshire Hospice and Endometriosis UK.

Training for 24 hours as a team is an incredible feat. There aren’t many teams in the world that can say they’ve done something like this.

We’ve now done it twice.

We are a team that knows how to endure. We know how to dig deep when things get difficult, and most importantly, we know how to work together.

I am incredibly proud of every single member of my team and everyone who played a part in making this happen.

When things got tough through the night, we kept reminding ourselves why we were doing it. Whatever discomfort or exhaustion we were experiencing was nothing compared with what people living with life-limiting illnesses endure, or the pain and challenges faced by people living with endometriosis.

That perspective kept us moving.

At the end of the day, we were lucky enough to be doing something we love — training together, laughing together and pushing one another through it.

24 hours. One team. Two incredible causes. Mission complete. ❤️

🥋 24 HOURS OF SPARRING STARTS TODAY.

From 12pm today (Saturday) until 12pm Sunday, my team and I will be sparring non-stop for 24 hours to raise money for Ayrshire Hospice and Endometriosis UK.

This is going to be a seriously tough challenge. 24 hours on the mats, through the day, through the night and into tomorrow.

We’ve already raised a considerable amount of money, but we want to push that total as high as we possibly can.

🔥 24 HOURS OF NON-STOP ROLLING 🔥

Through the afternoon.
Through the night.
Through the exhaustion.
And all the way to 12pm on Sunday 6th September.

As a team, we’ll keep someone on the mats rolling for the full 24 hours — pushing ourselves physically and mentally to raise as much money as possible for two incredibly worthy charities, with everything raised split 50/50 between them.

This is going to hurt. 😂
We’re going to be tired.
But we’re going to keep rolling. 🥋
