We currently have a 2-hour slot available every Wednesday from 7pm to 9pm, in our fantastic sport hall.

A gym membership at Aylsham Sports Hub automatically includes a range of exercise classes such as spin in our purpose-built spin studio, yoga, boxfit, circuits, kettlebells and many more.

Membership also includes hire of badminton and tennis courts, swimming, free courses designed to support you with your fitness or swimming, and the option to purchase personal training sessions.

Profits from Aylsham Sports Hub are re-invested into community facilities and the schools supported by local charity The Aylsham Community Trust (Families) for the benefit of the children, their families and the community.

⚽️ FOOTBALL FUN COACHING SESSIONS ⚽️

Join us for an hour of Football Fun every Sunday morning during term-time, starting on Sunday 20th September.

9am - 4 to 6 year olds
10am - 7 to 12 year olds

£6 per session (bookable in advance in a block of 5)

Sessions will be led by Alfie our professional coach who has a wealth of knowledge and experience. He will guide participants through learning new skills, building friendships, and learning the fundamentals of football. Sessions will be centred around fun games to practise dribbling and shooting as well as some mini-matches where participants can put their practices to the test.

All skill levels are catered for, and Alfie will make sure everyone gets involved.

At Aylsham Sports Hub, we are very proud of our gym facility which opened last summer. This includes a 40-station gym and separate spin studio. We are dedicated to helping our members reach their health and fitness goals by offering great facilities, including a swimming pool and classes, with a welcoming community environment and staff team.
We are looking for a passionate and motivated gym and leisure assistant/class instructor to join our team. This role is based within the new gym and reception area. The successful candidate requires excellent customer service & communication skills, with a true desire to support our users on their health and fitness journey.

🛼 EXCITING NEWS - ROLLER SKATING - IS HERE TO STAY!!!🛼

First session is tomorrow, Saturday 12th September from 3pm to 5pm.

Only £4 per person (first come, first served)

Roller skating with FREE skate hire!

Thanks to funding from Norfolk County Council's Family Hub Community Grant, all sessions now include FREE skate hire (first come, first served). You are, of course, still welcome to bring your own skates.

With a new sound system, disco lights and lots of fun and games! A new tuck shop selling a range of sweets, chocolate and soft drinks, our roller skating sessions make a fantastic indoor activity over the colder months!

On arrival please come to our Sports Hub reception (yellow building) to sign-in and pay.

Please note that parents/carers will need to stay with their child while they are attending this session.

Astro Fit is Aylsham Sports Hub's new outdoor fitness challenge event which will test strength, endurance and cardio fitness.

Our Astro Fit Challenge will take place on Saturday 3rd October from 8.30am.

✨The arena - open air, high-grip 3G pitch
✨The format - every station starts with a 220m run, before entering each functional zone. Run. conquer the zone. win points
✨The vibe - high energy and friendly
✨Who's it for - adults and youth (aged 11-16), anyone looking for a new challenge to test their limits
