Part-Time Property & Grounds Assistant

Location: Swaffham, Norfolk
1 Day Per Week (with occasional flexibility if desired)

We are looking for a reliable and practical individual to help maintain and care for our holiday accommodation properties and grounds in and around Swaffham.

Duties will include:
Gardening and watering plants
Lawn care and general grounds maintenance
Window cleaning
Assisting with hot tub water changes and basic upkeep
Minor property maintenance and repairs
Outdoor furniture and equipment maintenance
Keeping outdoor areas tidy
Checking properties for maintenance issues and reporting them
Assisting with seasonal jobs and general upkeep as required

We are looking for someone who:
Is trustworthy, dependable and self-motivated
Has a practical, hands-on approach
Can work independently and use their own initiative
Has basic DIY and maintenance skills
Takes pride in keeping properties looking their best
Has a driving licence and access to transport (preferred)

Hours:
Approximately 1 day per week
Flexible working day by agreement
Opportunity for additional hours during busy periods
Pay:

Competitive rate, dependent on experience.
