May’s Lark of the month is Craig Murray 🤩
Craig started the month (10th May) with an epic PB at Bristol 10K (37 mins 55 secs), he then completed the Outlaw Nottingham 70.3 (17th May) in an epic time - 05:14:54 he trained so hard for this, it’s been great to see, he’s wasn’t the most confident cyclist when he started training but he absolutely smashed the bike leg!
Then just to top it off as if that wasn’t enough… he completed 30K Three Castles run (30th May) and came 7th!! Truly epic month and performance again from Craig.
He’s a very supportive lark and often spectates events and gets involved albeit in the background and much quieter than others, he never gloats and so humble given his incredible performances, and many larks find him very inspiring! Well done Craig 👏🏼

Ruthanne Bittorf - For really put herself out of her comfort zone and completing her first triathlon at 7oaks, she really did amazingly and glad to say enjoyed it, also continued to go out on the bike since too!
Fred Streatfield - For completing the Three Castles run on the 30th May, amazing! 🤩
