From kit man, to linesman, to coach, to committee member… chances are you’ve taken on more than one role along the way!

Whether you’re washing muddy kits, running the line on a Sunday morning, helping behind the scenes, cheering from the touchline, or giving lifts to training and matches, our club simply wouldn’t be the same without you.

Today, we want to say a huge thank you to all the dads, stepdads, grandads and father figures who give up their time to support our players, teams and club.

This year we've gone bigger than ever, with 160 teams battling it out over 2 competitions per age group with a minimum of 4 matches - we've even extended our match times to ensure more football gets played! AND... We've added 3rd & 4th Play Offs too!

We can't wait to see you at our BIGGEST EVENT EVER! Our football festival of fun is set to be a weekend packed full of action-filled matches! ⚽

📢 VOLUNTEER ROLE: MEDIA OFFICER
Ditton Minors Football Club

Ditton Minors FC is looking for a Media Officer to join our Executive Committee and help manage the club’s digital presence across our website and social media platforms.

This is a voluntary role and a great opportunity to support grassroots football while developing skills in media, marketing and communications.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing and updating social media channels and the club website
- Creating team updates, event promotions and visual content
- Designing graphics and posts (Canva experience desirable)
- Working with coaches and volunteers to share positive stories
- Supporting fundraising and local sponsorship initiatives
