Your Health Is Key !! Your body shape will naturally change with a good balance of regular exercise along with clean eating. Focus On Measuring the parts of your body and see how they change instead (i.e. Waist, arms etc) and on how your clothes fit.

And remember it's about being fit and healthy and not how much the scales say!

The only weight that matters is the weight on the bar, not the weight on the scale.
