Had loads of fun doing some funky stuffs today with this lovely lot! These were the static max effort pulls, which was topped out by John with a massive 628kg!!

We also did some Hiplifts and Dynamite Stick Grip Lifts too, and then some banded bench press which is always worth a giggle (or rather a wobble). 🤣🤣🤣

Great fun, thanks to everyone who had a play!! 👍👍👍
