🎾 A brilliant day at Wimbledon! 🍓
We were fortunate enough to spend the day at Wimbledon as a family, along with a friend, making the most of our ground passes. There really is nothing quite like the atmosphere!
One of the highlights was watching 17-year-old Cruz Hewitt, son of 2002 Wimbledon champion Lleyton Hewitt. Ranked around 500 in the world, he was already firing down serves at over 120mph—a glimpse of what could be another exciting career in the making.
The Invitation Doubles was fantastic entertainment too. The players were laughing, showing off, and making world-class tennis look ridiculously easy. Jamie Murray was a real standout, while Xavier Malisse was a crowd favourite.
We also caught some of the 14 & Under matches, and the standard was simply unbelievable. George… you've got some work to do! 😄💪
Of course, no trip to Wimbledon would be complete without a bit of autograph hunting! The boys were determined to collect as many signatures as possible, adding to what was already an unforgettable day.
It was great to see some familiar Aspire2Tennis faces enjoying Wimbledon as well. Huge commitment from Rocco, who camped overnight with his mum to secure tickets, and a brilliant moment for Thomas, who managed to grab a selfie with Jannik Sinner. Memories they'll never forget!
Days like these are such a great reminder of why we love this sport and how inspiring it is to watch players of all ages competing at the very highest level.
