I am Heather- Personal Trainer and qualified Midwife with an advanced nutritional advisor certificate...........................................
I wanted to introduce myself 👋 and just let you ladies know that I am running small group 6 week personal training programs (up to 4 per group). One for pregnancy (>12 weeks gestation) and one for the postnatal period (>6 weeks postnatal). *Both of these programs include a home workout and nutrition guide!

These group sessions will be held once per week, during the afternoon, in a private studio in Aylesbury (days and times to be confirmed). This is a great way to meet other mums /mums to be, while taking steps to improving health and fitness safely with a Personal trainer/Midwife!...........................................
The 6 week program will include:
🤰Introduction to safe and effective exercise during pregnancy, including weight/resistance training
🤰Nutritional guidance/support for all needs during pregnancy
🤰 Understanding the pelvic floor muscles and how to strengthen them effectively
🤰 How the body changes throughout pregnancy and how we can best support our joints/posture and MIND!............................................................................................
🤱Re-establishing/establishing a safe, effective, EMPOWERING exercise routines post delivery (vaginal birth or cesarean section), including weight/resistance training
🤱Nutritional guidance/support during the postnatal period, including breastfeeding (if applicable)
🤱Understanding the pelvic floor muscles and how to strengthen them effectively
🤱How the body changes post delivery and how we can best support our joints/posture and MIND!
