ZKS MA Aylesbury ZKS Martial Arts offer martial arts tuition for adults and children.

Based in Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire ZKS Martial Arts have over 500 members in the area. We offer martial arts classes for adults and children which include elements of Karate, kickboxing and Jujutsu. ZKS Martial Arts are very proud of the service that we offer to all our members and our aim is to provide a fun, safe and informative class structure. We have spent many years in designing and perfecting programmes that are suitable for each age group. 🥋 Sunday Children’s Martial Arts Classes are now open at ZKS Martial Arts HQ in Aylesbury
If you’re looking for kids martial arts classes in Aylesbury, our new Sunday morning timetable is now up and running for children aged 3–11.
We currently have:
🐉 Little Dragons, ages 3–4 — 9:30–10:00am
🥷 Mini Ninjas, ages 5–7 — 10:00–10:45am
🥋 Junior Martial Arts, ages 7–11 — 11:00–11:45am
Our Sunday classes are ideal for families looking for a weekend activity without adding another commitment to a busy school week.
Children can learn practical martial arts skills while developing confidence, focus, coordination, discipline and resilience in a structured and supportive environment.
Complete beginners are very welcome.

Classes restart on Tuesday 1 September, with updated class assignments, new Sunday children’s sessions and training now available seven days a week.
We’re also delighted to welcome Sensei Dylan back to ZKS on a part-time basis. He’ll be leading our new Sunday morning classes at HQ.

You have seen what makes the Havoc Grappling Foundations Programme different. Now it is time to decide whether this could be your starting point.
This is not an open-ended gym membership or a mixed class where everyone else is already ahead.
It is a structured 12-week introduction to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, created specifically for adults and teenagers aged 16+ with no previous experience.
You will receive:
Professional coaching in every session
A clear programme that develops week by week
Personal support within a group of only 12 beginners
Improved fitness, mobility and confidence
Practical self-defence skills
A welcoming community to continue training with afterwards
Everyone starts together.
No one is expected to arrive fit, confident or already knowing what to do.

You already trust us with your child’s martial arts journey. Now you can experience one of your own.
Many ZKS parents have watched their children become more confident, resilient and capable through martial arts.
The Havoc Grappling Foundations Programme gives adults and teenagers aged 16+ the opportunity to experience those same benefits for themselves.
You will learn in a small group of complete beginners, following a structured 12-week programme with personal coaching and support throughout.
You do not need to be fit before starting.
You do not need previous experience.
You will not be joining a class where everyone else is already ahead.
Everyone begins together and progresses from the same starting point.
For existing ZKS families, it is also an opportunity to understand more about what your child experiences on the mats—and to lead by example by becoming a beginner yourself.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu gives you more than a workout. It gives you practical skills.
During the Havoc Grappling Foundations Programme, you will learn how to stay calm, move effectively and use technique rather than relying on strength.
Across the 12 weeks, we will introduce you to:
Essential positions and controls
Escapes from common situations
Simple sweeps and reversals
Safe submissions and defence
Practical self-defence principles
Controlled live training when you are ready
Everything is taught step by step and practised in a safe, supportive environment.
You will not be expected to fight, compete or prove how tough you are.
The aim is to help you understand how Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu works, build confidence in your own ability and develop skills that stay with you long after the programme finishes.
Everyone starts together.
Only 12 complete beginners will take part.

Joining a gym is great—but it is not the right fit for everyone.
A gym gives you access to equipment, but you are usually responsible for deciding what to do, keeping yourself motivated and working out alone.
The Havoc Grappling Foundations Programme offers something different.
Every session is coached.
Every lesson has a clear purpose.
Every week builds on the last.
You will train with a small group of complete beginners who are all starting at the same level, so you will never feel as though you are trying to catch up with an established class.
Instead of simply exercising, you will be:

✅ Improving your fitness and mobility
✅ Building confidence
✅ Challenging yourself mentally
✅ Training with people who support your progress
For £150, you receive 12 professionally coached sessions, a structured beginner curriculum and personal support throughout the programme.
