MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS WEEK 🖤
From this Friday until next Friday, we’re opening our doors a little wider.
Bring a friend, your partner or someone who needs to move, laugh, switch off, clear their head or simply not feel alone for an hour.
Training has always been about more than just fitness to us.
It’s about connection, routine, support and community. Having people around you that notice when you’re not quite yourself.
The gym can be a powerful place for mental health, not because it “fixes” everything…But because nobody should have to carry everything on their own.
So this week, we want more people to experience what Unite is really about.
