What a brilliant afternoon! Leone’s Catering was serving up some proper cowboy grub at today’s Country & Western Afternoon with Cowboys Retreat! 🐎🎶🔥

Just a reminder, everyone! Line dance class at 7pm is BACK for a new term starting tomorrow! (Monday 14th Sept) but we are at the MULTICULTURAL CENTRE, located on Friarscroft Way in Aylesbury (HP20 2TE) and there is plenty of parking nearby. £6 for the hour class, new term, mixed abilities, mostly beginner, with one or two improver dances. A post unrelated to events and classes, but relevant to the 'face' behind Charisma. I am Charis. I love dancing (Ballroom and Latin girl for life). I love walking very long distances (my record was 80km). I like swimming in the sea at any time of year (pictured is Christmas Day 2024). I also enjoy showing off in ice baths and dragging people along to do such crazy things with me. I don't mind being irrevocably ridiculous; thinking up creative analogies to describe the exact type of pain you should be experiencing during a workout; and expressing myself through abstract dance and words.
