New timetables released!

We have adults bjj:
7pm Monday (No-gi)
8pm Tuesday (GI)
8pm Wednesday (comp sparring)
8pm Thursday (GI)
8am Saturday S&C + comp training

Look out for lunch technical sessions

Kids:
9:30 Saturday 9:30 (No-gi)
6pm Monday (GI)
6pm Friday (GI)

Also new wrestling class 7pm Wednesday.
Not to forget MMA, boxing, kickboxing, K1 and Muay Thai classes.So much going on, come along and find out more.
