Thank you so much to everyone who joined us for our Alfresco Eclipse Pilates evening. It was just as special as we imagined. 🤍

We moved with our mini Pilates balls as our little moons, sipped warm cacao with cinnamon and oat milk, enjoyed Pilates in the evening sunshine and paused together to safely watch the eclipse. 🌒

Pilates, cacao, nature and a pretty spectacular sky… a beautiful evening. ✨

🌒 Move with the Moon – Solar Eclipse Pilates 🌒

Join us for a very special Alfresco Pilates class during one of nature's most incredible events.

🗓 Wednesday 12th August
🕡 6:30pm – 8:00pm (you're welcome to stay a little longer to enjoy the eclipse together)

As the Moon slowly moves across the Sun, we'll enjoy a gentle, mindful Pilates class in the fresh air, surrounded by beautiful countryside. A chance to slow down, move your body, breathe deeply and connect with nature while experiencing this rare celestial event.

✨ Suitable for everyone
💚 £10 per person
🧘 All equipment is provided (although you're welcome to bring your own mat or blocks if you prefer).
🧥 Please bring a jumper or blanket in case the evening cools down.
🕶 If you have certified eclipse glasses (or suitable solar viewing glasses), please bring them along.
🚗 Plenty of free parking on site.

Introducing our Kids Wellness Day

A full day dedicated to helping children aged 8–13 move, nourish, create, relax and grow. They'll enjoy Pilates, healthy eating, skincare, mindfulness, creative activities, a nature walk, relaxation, healthy snacks and lunch, plus a wellness goodie bag to take home. 💚

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to every single person who has supported Blossoms. Whether you've been coming since the beginning or have only recently joined us, you've helped create something really special.

I absolutely love the community we've built together and I'm so proud of what Blossoms has become. Seeing it continue to grow, with so many wonderful people supporting one another, brings me so much joy.
