Just a few spots available on my floating relaxation session at Peacehaven pool on Thursday evening this week at 7 till 8pm.
It’s £14 per head so if you fancy an hour of peace and deep relaxation it would be lovely to have you along!
You will be warm and cosy floating serenely on a comfy airbed to a guided visualisation, gentle sounds and relaxation music ….

Okay, so this post is a whole week late! But it’s so who has clue what day/month/date we’re on right?🙄
So last Monday🤦🏼‍♀️ was , and I was looking for a quote about water to boost morale as currently the physical water can’t 🏊‍♂️😢 Are you missing it as much as us ??
Anyway, I came across this and it was just perfect - ‘Even the smallest act of caring for another person is like a drop of water, it will make ripples through the entire pond.’

‘My Aquafit sessions with Zoe have been both a boost to morale and helped to get some stretch back into my shoulders. They were stiff and immobile after an op in April, which had included removal of several lymph nodes.

Zoe tailored the sessions to my needs, with emphasis on help in keeping the lymphatic systems draining well to prevent problems. Nice pool, very safe, and Zoe really made me feel cared for and cared about’
