Looking to move more, feel stronger, and carve out some time for yourself? A few spaces are available across my mat Pilates classes this term, and you're welcome to join at any point.

Whether you're a complete beginner or have previous Pilates experience, I'd love to help you find the right class for you.

🌸 Blossoms Pilates – Our Upcoming 8-Week Term 🌸

I'm so excited to share what's coming up over the next 8 weeks! Each class has a different focus, helping you learn more about your body, move with confidence, and build strength in a supportive environment.

✨ Week 1: Alignment, Posture & Reconnection. We'll slow things down, revisit the fundamentals, and explore why we do each movement. A perfect opportunity to reconnect with your body.

🌈 Week 2: Joint Care (Rainbow Class) Focusing on joint strength, mobility, and movement through the three planes of movement to keep your body moving well.

💙 Week 3: Back Care. A class dedicated to strengthening the core, supporting the spine, and improving mobility.

🪑 Week 4: Seated Pilates. Discover just how much can be achieved from a seated position. A surprisingly challenging and rewarding class!

🌿 Week 5: Pilates Flow. A smooth, flowing class combining dynamic stretches with strengthening movements to leave you feeling energised.

🏋️ Week 6: Equipment Week. We'll use a variety of Pilates equipment to add resistance, build strength, and support healthy joints.

🧠 Week 7: Coordination Class. Fun movement patterns and routines designed to challenge both body and mind while improving balance, coordination, and core control.

🧘 Week 8: Pilates Relaxation. We'll finish the term with gentle stretching, relaxation, and a 10-minute guided meditation to help you unwind before the summer holidays.

I can't wait to share this journey with you all. Whether you're new to Pilates or have been attending for years, there's something for everyone this term. 💕

When you book your classes per term, I know life doesn’t always go to plan — so if you ever can’t make a session, I’ll always do my best to find you an alternative class. With up to 18 classes running each week, there’s usually another day or time that works for you. And if not, I can also send you a pre-recorded class that you can do in your own time from home 💛

I truly encourage people to come weekly and get the most out of their classes, because consistency is where you really start to feel the benefits in your body — stronger muscles, better mobility, improved posture, and movement that feels easier in everyday life. Once you’ve committed to the term, you may as well make the most of it for yourself and your wellbeing ✨

No two weeks are ever the same either. Every term and every class brings different focuses, exercises, and challenges, keeping things fresh, enjoyable, and beneficial for your body.
