When you book your classes per term, I know life doesn’t always go to plan — so if you ever can’t make a session, I’ll always do my best to find you an alternative class. With up to 18 classes running each week, there’s usually another day or time that works for you. And if not, I can also send you a pre-recorded class that you can do in your own time from home 💛
I truly encourage people to come weekly and get the most out of their classes, because consistency is where you really start to feel the benefits in your body — stronger muscles, better mobility, improved posture, and movement that feels easier in everyday life. Once you’ve committed to the term, you may as well make the most of it for yourself and your wellbeing ✨
No two weeks are ever the same either. Every term and every class brings different focuses, exercises, and challenges, keeping things fresh, enjoyable, and beneficial for your body.
