Our ball mastery x coerver series coming soon. Ball Mastery x Coerver exercises that will get your heart pumping, legs working and feet sweating.

Ball mastery enables you to have close control, the ability to manipulate and change direction on the ball, improves co-ordination, balance and confidence on the ball.

These are all key components for dribbling the ball in game scenarios and needed in all aspects of the match.

We'd like to thank all of our athletes and their families for their patience during the COVID-19 global pandemic.

While the nationwide lockdown saw a halt in our 1-2-1 and group training sessions, many of you continued to train at home with our help. We are incredibly proud of each athlete who has continued their training in their gardens and at parks.

We are happy to announce that we are now offering 1-2-1 sessions in line with current government guidelines for athletes over 18.

We are still waiting to hear on guidance for under 18's. We will let you know here on Facebook and on our Instagram.

Its the first half term of 2019 in just 35 days!

What are your plans?

We are so excited to be taking registrations for our soccer school. Ages 5 - 20 both boys and girls of all abilities. We have a special trip scheduled for Thursday and Friday's tournament is the perfect way to show off the skills learned over the week.

Its £100 for the week but we are running an early bird special until 28th Jan for just £80! Thats 3 full days of coaching, a fun group trip and a tournament with medals and certificate!

COEVER COACHING TOUCH CHALLENGE!

Throughout our sessions we promote the 1000 touch principle. Being familiar, confident and composed with the football is achieved by repetition and training. Knowing exactly what to do in different situations on the pitch is what sticks out when analysing elite players.

In order to action your dreams YOU must first set goals to get there. Sitting back and relaxing is not pushing you in the right direction, infact it is delaying your progression and development.

1. Set an overall goal that you want to achieve/ work towards. (6-12months)
2. Set 3 smart targets that are going to push you and help achieve this goal (immediate term)
3. Track your DEVELOPMENT.
