Once these places are gone we wont be taking on any more tots until next

With schools starting back, we have a very busy month with new starters. Make sure your friends don't miss out and bring them along to training!
This week only is a free trial week!

We have tots classes for ages 4-7
Junior classes ages 7-14
Family class, train together.
Adults classes.
MMA fight classes!

Good afternoon all!

The next Interclub Competition will be held on Saturday 7th November.
Places for the Competition will go fast and are limited to 36 places.
Fighters entry fee is £20 to secure their place. Spectator tickets can be bought at £7 per person (under 5s free).

It's a great opportunity for students to put their skills to the test!
Fighters arrive at 12pm, first fight is at 1pm, with the day finishing at approx 4:30.
Refreshments available to purchase on the day.
