Your fitness journey does NOT need to be complicated!!! There are hundreds of fad diets, many of you overdoing it with endless amounts of cardio, restricting yourselves that much, making you miserable! Iโve been there!!๐คท๐ผโโ๏ธ๐คท๐ผโโ๏ธ
This is not the way to do it โโโ
๐๐ผ STOP comparing yourself to others. Everyoneโs journey is different. Set yourself your own goals and prioritise them, not other people!
๐๐ผFOOD IS FUEL! No food group is a bad food group! They all play a major part in your progression! E.g carbs wonโt make you fat! They are your main energy source!!
๐๐ผREST, something that is massively understated! If you donโt rest, you donโt recover, you donโt progress! Simple.
๐๐ผCONSISTENCY! Hitting the gym hard as nails for 3/4 weeks until you burn out may give you temporary results but as soon as you hit that burn out youโll hit reverse and lose your progress! To hit your goals takes time, consistent exercise/nutrition working at a realistic intensity! Train SMART!
