A huge congratulations to Margaret, our Small Group PT Member of the Month for May!

Margaret has been fantastic since joining us. Initially, she was unsure whether Small Group PT would be the right fit for her, but she quickly proved to herself just how capable she is. Over the past few months, her progress on the gym floor has been incredible, with her strength and confidence growing week after week.

Margaret has become a familiar face at our 9:30am sessions and is now a real cornerstone of the group. Her positive attitude, commitment, and willingness to challenge herself make her an absolute joy to coach and train alongside.

We’re incredibly proud of everything you’ve achieved, Margaret – keep up the amazing work!

Her strength and determination are inspiring to watch, and she’s become a fantastic example for other members. Natalie not only pushes herself but also motivates those around her to work harder and believe in what they’re capable of achieving.

Avni has been super consistent with her training recently and it’s really starting to show! 💪
Her strength has improved massively in sessions and, with the extra help from Gibo and the team, she’s really found her feet again with training. Keep smashing it Avni 👏

Claire has been absolutely amazing within sessions lately. She’s always cheering people on, encouraging others to come along to sessions, and helping people feel more confident when trying sessions they may have been nervous about.
