The MetaFit HIIT Class schedule for April is now out! Join us every week at the Aston’s Pavillion (OX11 9DN). A typical Metafit class combines old-school bodyweight exercises with high-intensity interval training. Think push-ups, squats, planks, burpees, plyometric lunges, and squat jumps!
All of the movements and exercises have variations so you choose whichever you feel comfortable with and I encourage everyone to work at their own pace.
